Citibet88 was born from a passion to deliver an online sports betting and gaming experience that truly meets the needs of Malaysian players. We are more than just a platform — we are your companion in the world of digital entertainment.
Citibet88 was founded with a clear goal: to create an online sports betting and gaming platform that truly fits the lifestyle and preferences of Malaysian players. Not a platform that simply copies Western models or adapts foreign products that miss the mark for the local market — but something built from the ground up, with a deep understanding of what users here actually need.
We understand that Malaysian players want more than just a place to place bets. They want a responsive platform that processes deposits and withdrawals quickly, offers competitive odds for popular local sports like the Malaysia Super League and badminton, and treats all members fairly — whether new or experienced.
That is why citibet88 always prioritises user experience in every decision we make — from a clean, intuitive interface design, to a payment system supporting local methods such as DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay, to a customer support team fluent in Bahasa Melayu and available 24 hours a day.
The mission of citibet88 is simple and straightforward: to be the most trusted, most user-friendly, and most rewarding online sports betting and gaming platform for Malaysian players. We believe every player, regardless of their bankroll size or experience level, deserves access to the best odds, a stable platform, and honest service.
We do not operate with a "take the money and disappear" mentality — instead, we build long-term relationships with every member. Your trust is our most valuable asset, and we will continue to earn it through transparency, fairness, and consistent performance.
Over the next five years, citibet88 aims to solidify its position as the number one platform of choice for players in Malaysia and across Southeast Asia. We are actively developing new features including a data-driven match recommendation system, more detailed live statistics displays, and a more meaningful loyalty programme for our dedicated members.
We are also committed to continuously improving the platform's technical infrastructure so players can enjoy a seamless betting experience without any disruptions, even during peak periods such as the FIFA World Cup or UEFA Champions League.
Every transaction and member's personal data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all accounts, providing an extra layer of security you can count on.
Citibet88 betting odds are automatically updated within seconds based on global market movements and live match conditions, ensuring you always get the best value.
Instant deposits via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay. Winning withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 working hours, directly to your bank account or e-wallet.
The citibet88 support team is ready to assist you via live chat fully in Bahasa Melayu, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No question is too small and no issue is too big for us to resolve.
The citibet88 app is available for Android and iOS, purpose-built for mobile screens with high performance. Bet from anywhere, lag-free and uninterrupted, at any time.
Welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, enhanced odds, and special promotions tied to major sporting events are designed to deliver real value to members — not just figures that can never be withdrawn.
Every decision we make — from platform design to promotion policies — is guided by four core values we hold close.
We do not hide terms and conditions in the fine print. Every bonus condition, withdrawal limit, and policy is presented clearly and in a way that all members can easily understand.
The security of members' data and funds is our top priority. We continuously invest in the latest security infrastructure to keep your account protected at all times.
We are never satisfied with "good enough". The citibet88 development team constantly works to improve the platform, increase speed, and add useful new features.
We support the practice of Responsible Gaming and provides self-control tools such as deposit limits and wagering limits to help members play within safe boundaries.
